Whether you’re wondering what comes next after your first park run, looking to achieve a personal best in a marathon, or tackle your first ultra, running doesn’t have to take over your life.
Over the past few years, I’ve completed dozens of half marathons, marathons and ultramarathons, including running 206 miles across Iceland and 400km through the Scottish highlands.
I’ll work with you to determine what level of training is suitable based on your goals, time available to train, and current fitness level. I’ll also give you a personalised strength and conditioning programme, and advice on nutrition, pacing and race fuelling.

12 x 1 hour in-person coaching sessions over 12 weeks, including initial fitness assessment, strength training programme and weekly running coaching sessions

Half Marathon & Marathon
24 x 1 hour in-person personal training sessions over 12 weeks, including initial fitness assessment, strength training and running coaching covering weekly tempo, interval/hill and long runs, plus race strategy
2 x 1 hour in-person or online nutrition coaching sessions, including personalised nutrition advice, meal plans and race fuelling
Weekly check-ins and ongoing WhatsApp chat support

Ultra Marathon
32 x 1 hour in-person coaching sessions over 16 weeks, including initial fitness assessment, strength training and running coaching covering weekly tempo, interval/hill, recovery and long runs, plus race strategy
3 x 1 hour in-person or online nutrition coaching sessions, including personalised nutrition advice, meal plans and race fuelling
