Whether your goal is fat loss, muscle gain, better performance and recovery or simply to eat a healthier, more balanced diet, a personalised, sustainable nutrition plan is your key to success.

You’ll complete and return a health questionnaire and a seven-day food diary ahead of our initial consultation, enabling me to spend more time listening to you about your goals, so I can create a bespoke nutrition plan tailored specifically to you.

We’ll schedule any follow-up consultations at intervals that best reflect the programme you’ll be following, usually spread over a few months. This will be different for everyone and will depend on what we’re trying to achieve.

    1 x 1-hour initial consultation, including medical history, lifestyle, dietary, sleep and exercise habits, allergies, food likes and dislikes

    Bespoke nutrition plan and supplement protocols, including portion, calorie, macronutrient and micronutrient targets

    Meal inspiration and recipe suggestions, food swaps and food shopping advice

    Testing referrals if required (such as blood, metabolic, cardiorespiratory fitness or body composition (DEXA) scans.

  • Weight loss

    1 x 1-hour initial consultation, including medical history, lifestyle, dietary, sleep and exercise habits, allergies, food likes and dislikes

    Bespoke nutrition plan and supplement protocols, including portion, calorie, macronutrient and micronutrient targets, tailored to your weight loss goals

    Meal inspiration and recipe suggestions, food swaps and food shopping advice

    2 x 1-hour in-person or online follow-up sessions

    Ongoing WhatsApp chat support between sessions

  • Sports performance

    1 x 1-hour initial consultation, including medical history, lifestyle, dietary, sleep and exercise habits, allergies, food likes and dislikes
